what shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS. We’ll ship within the USA, and also to our neighbors up north in Canada! Shipping is calculated at checkout.

When will you ship my order?

We get orders out as fast as possible! However, our batch sizes are small. There might be slight delays if we’re busy, but don’t worry—it just means we’re roasting a fresh batch, and we’ll your order shipped ASAP!

What about returns?

We can’t do returns on food products. If you’re unsatisfied with your coffee, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to reach a resolution.
